All-Fit Group Fitness Class

A unique group fitness class that has made Personal Training affordable & effective for everyone

It has been the goal of Tim Williams, since he started Fit-Rollie, to make personalized training affordable and effective for everyone.  The boot camp style is effective, but not designed to help individuals meet specific goals.  That seems to be the issue with most group fitness classes.  They certainly are affordable, but the format doesn’t allow for personal attention.  This deficiency is what has sparked an idea in the already inspired NSCA certified trainer.

“I want everyone to feel like they are getting something out of all the time they put into the gym.  We have all heard since we were children, “no two people are exactly alike.”  For this reason, we should all have a workout and nutrition plan that are specific to the individual.  I want to educate as many people as I can about what fitness is, and how to achieve it.”   -Tim

CLASS STRUCTURE

In “All-Fit” training, we give you the individual focus in designing your workout, catering to your specific goals.  We will set up an initial one-on-one consultation and half hour workout between you and a Fit-Rollie trainer.  We will discuss what your goals are, and assess your physical capacity.  An experienced trainer can be the difference between getting a workout, and getting results.

Each class will be led by a Fit-Rollie personal trainer and like in any personal training session, will focus on your form, will spot you when needed, and will be the encouragement you look for in a trainer.  Classes will have a minimum of 4 people, and will have a maximum of 15 people.  The trainer will be helping all clients with weight selection, and repetition ranges.   Class will be regimented with all participants starting their sets at the same time.  Workouts will be very structured in a scientific way, guaranteeing results.

AFFORDABILITY

Since each class has a minimum of 4 people, we can charge fair rates that are affordable to everyone. It is a group fitness class rate with the attention of a personal trainer.

Package Options:

  • Unlimited:   $60/month (that’s only $5 per session)
  • 2 Days/week:   $45/month
  • Per session:   $10/session
